Day 1: Arrival in Tuscany
Airport transfer from Pisa to La Mezzaluna. Welcome wine, meet Chef Rita, settle in, and enjoy your first dinner with wine tasting at the on-site wine bar.
Day 2: Barga & Pasta Making
Explore the medieval village of Barga. Hands-on cooking lesson: Fresh pasta, sauces, and dessert. Dinner featuring your creations on the veranda.
Day 3: Pisa & Lucca
Visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa and beautiful Lucca. Evening BBQ dinner back at La Mezzaluna.
Day 4: Market Day & Pizza
Castelnuovo Garfagnana market visit. Cooking lesson: Wood-fired pizza and focaccia. Live music and wine.
Day 5-7: More Adventures
Additional cooking classes (seafood, vegetarian, regional specialties), vineyard visits, hill town explorations, cheese tasting, and relaxed evenings with music and great food.
Day 8: Departure
Breakfast and transfer back to Pisa Airport. Arrivederci!
